Our experience with Criselda in selling our home was top notch! From beginning to end, she was there every step of the way. In the beginning she had great game plan of attack. The process of selling or buying a home can be very stressful to both parties. However, Criselda helped ease that stress on a daily basis. She constantly gave us updates and worked with the seller’s realtor aggressively on negotiations. Before we listed our home, she added her personal touch and provided an amazing photography team! I knew after seeing the photos, our house would sell quickly and it did! Within 3 days of it being on the market we had multiple offers! One note to mention is that she does an awesome job sharing her listings on social media. I find this to be a very useful tool. It definitely helped get the word out.
